Job summary

Corporate Tax Incentives (CTI) is seeking an IT Support Tech I to join our team in California. You will provide first-level IT support, install, test, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, software, and peripherals for local and remote users.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong customer service, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Some travel to CTI facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support experience preferred.
• Associate degree in IT preferred, not required.
• Certifications such as Microsoft or A+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level IT support to local and remote users using documented procedures and available tools.
• Install, test, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Travel to other local company facilities to provide on-site IT support.
• Document end user and internal KBs.
