Innovative Technology Company, serving essential industries, seeks an IT Support/Network Administrator to provide hands-on internal user support and maintain critical systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage Windows Server environments (Exchange/Outlook, AD, DNS, DHCP), and assist with virtualization and storage tasks.

The role emphasizes staying current on technology trends, security practices, and offering reliable user-focused service across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a solid troubleshooter with excellent user support skills and a positive attitude towards servicing users (customer service/tech support).
• Proven proficiency with analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software problems; Note: Internal User Technical Support will be an ongoing/daily part of this role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Windows Server (Exchange/Outlook config and support), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; Azure, Intune and Entra are pluses.
• Windows Scripting in PowerShell or Windows Batch; Linux Bash scripting is a plus.
• SQL Server database connectivity to servers.
• Past or present Cisco Networking Skills (CCNA is a plus).
• Experience with SAN/NAS iSCSI storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal user technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with IT teams to resolve incidents.
• Maintain and support Windows Server environments, including Exchange/Outlook, AD, DNS and DHCP.
• Assist with virtualization, network devices and storage systems as needed.
