Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners seeks an on-site IT Support Specialist to support roughly 80 outpatient clinics, keeping technology working for clinicians and staff. You will handle requests by phone, email, and ticket, fix problems, and ensure devices and software stay up to date.

This entry-level role involves hardware replacements, new-hire setups, printers and payment terminals, and some travel to clinics for hands-on support. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• Basic hardware knowledge (PCs, printers, peripherals).
• Strong communication with clinicians and staff.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Experience handling protected health information or willingness to be trained.
• 1+ year in help desk or similar role.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take in support requests, prioritize, work them, and document actions.
• Fix issues at the desktop and device level, including software installs and hardware swaps.
• Set up equipment and accounts for new hires and manage access when people leave.
• Support clinic technology including workstations, printers, phones, tablets, and payment terminals.
• Travel to clinics for hardware replacements, installs, and on-site issues.
• Escalate issues requiring deeper technical involvement and learn from solutions.
