Qualifications

• Must have at least an Associate degree in IT or a related field, or a comparable certification path.
• Technical certification or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience is acceptable.
• 0–2 years of technology support experience preferred, including healthcare settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for clinics, centers, and administrative offices.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Assist users with software, application, and access issues and escalate when needed.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, mobile devices, and VOIP phones.
• Support EMR/EHR and practice management systems at a basic level.
• Create and document tickets; maintain asset inventory and documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and participate in security awareness activities.
• Assist with clinic openings, facility relocations, and network upgrades.
