Delaware North Gaming seeks an on-site IT Technician to support Gate City Casino and the Sheraton Nashua in Nashua, NH. You will assist with end-user devices, software, networks, and infrastructure, focusing on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will manage tickets in ServiceNow, escalate complex issues, and contribute to technology projects while ensuring reliable operations for casino and hotel teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience using an IT service-management or ticketing platform is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline technical support for casino and hotel teams during assigned shifts.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
• Create, update, and close tickets in ServiceNow and track resolutions.
