Job summary

Frontline, LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site end-to-end IT support at a nonprofit client in the Sunland-Tujunga area. You will set up new staff, deploy laptops and mobile devices, and manage accounts and access for day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates have strong IT troubleshooting and customer service skills, with experience in AD/M365/Entra ID or Google Workspace. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; driving to satellite offices is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Two+ years hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience configuring, deploying, troubleshooting and resolving issues for software, hardware, peripherals, servers, networks and end-user applications.
• Experience creating user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable building and troubleshooting Windows computers, including domain join.
• Basic macOS familiarity or ability to learn quickly.
• Clear in-person communication with staff.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Set up new employees end to end – accounts, access, laptop and mobile device.
• Replace and upgrade computers and migrate user data to new hardware.
• Close out accounts when employees leave.
• Handle daily support: password resets, lockouts, printers, VPN, network drives, applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and write clear ticket notes.
