Job summary

Big Geyser, Inc. is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for daily technology questions.

The role focuses on Brewster, NY, providing hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and basic software, with escalation to MSP and Senior IT as needed. You will document issues and resolutions in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, assist with asset provisioning, and help manage ERP (VIP) queries.

Qualifications

• Entry-level welcome; 0–3 years IT support.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT issues company-wide.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents in the ticketing system.
• Support onsite Brewster facility and MSP collaborations.
• Assist with onboarding, asset management, and inventory.
