Big Geyser Inc. is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Brewster, NY. This on-site role supports daily tech needs across the company, including desktops, laptops, phones, printers, and ERP queries. You will log incidents, document fixes, and work with our MSP and Senior IT to resolve issues.

You will help manage local assets, deploy devices, and support onboarding/offboarding. This entry-level position offers growth, training, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Entry-level welcome with 0–3 years IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Foundational familiarity with Windows OS and applications; Microsoft 365; iOS/Android devices; printers/copiers.
• Nice to have: Azure, Active Directory, and Exchange; Mobile Device Management (MDM); VOIP; hardware setup/provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Helpdesk & End-User Support: first point of contact for employees’ tech questions, focusing on Brewster location.
• Ticketing & Documentation: log issues in the ticketing system and document resolutions.
• Local Assets & IT Supplies: set up and provision devices; manage inventory and supplies.
• Onboarding, Collaboration & Improvement: assist with onboarding/offboarding and IT projects; streamline procedures.
