Custom Truck One Source is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide on-site technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware. The role involves responding to inquiries, guiding customers through issue resolution, and maintaining documentation.

Candidates should have strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm, with on-site requirements at our Lynchburg, VA location.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries in person, via ticking system or over the phone.
• Resolve technical problems with LAN/WAN and other systems.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and guide customers through problem-solving steps.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Create knowledge base documentation on processes.
