Job summary

Savers, Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Technician to support our Meridian and Boise offices, providing advanced IT help for corporate staff and store locations.

You will handle Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications, with emphasis on swift resolution and excellent customer service. The role involves on-site responsibilities, onboarding tasks, and cross-site collaboration to keep operations running smoothly in a multi-site retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 2+ years IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft 365 in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Meridian/Boise IT support for corporate staff and offices.
• Resolve Tier 1/2 incidents and meet SLAs and OLAs.
• Provide white-glove, executive-level IT support for leaders and staff.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise apps for on-site and remote users.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system.
