- 0–2 years IT support experience or internships considered.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices and software troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Be the first line of support for tech issues via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network hiccups.
- Set up and configure computers, mobile devices, and software.
- Use remote tools to assist users across locations.
- Keep detailed records in our ticketing system.
- Apply updates, perform backups, and support IT maintenance.
- Provide friendly, clear training to users.
- Escalate complex issues when needed.
- Adapt to evolving tech and team needs.
