Peraton seeks an experienced IT Technical Support Technician for the City of Irvine & Police Department. This on-site role in Irvine, California, requires weekday 8-hour shifts with travel to customer sites and hands-on support for enterprise IT infrastructure.

You will provide second-tier support, configure and troubleshoot systems, train customers, and collaborate with engineers to minimize incidents. Requires local candidates and background checks with polygraph.

Competenze

• High school diploma and 3 years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card; pass background and polygraph.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows software and hardware in enterprise environments.

• Provide second-tier technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians.
• Provide guidance on installation, configuration, or enhancement of systems and products.
• Test, train, and assist customers with technical aspects of designated systems and services.
