Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Middle Ga is seeking a Technology Specialist to provide on-site IT support across Augusta and CSRA locations. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices, printers, POS systems, and enterprise apps, while delivering excellent customer service.

Travel 50–70% to multiple sites is required. You will maintain hardware inventories, create Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses and permissions, and assist the Network Administrator with infrastructure

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on on-site IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, and Apple environments.
• Experience supporting retail, education, and hospitality environments preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Goodwill locations across Middle Georgia and CSRA.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and enterprise applications.
• Assist the Network Administrator with network installations and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain hardware inventory and technical documentation.
• Travel 50–70% to various sites.
• Participate in deployments, after-hours maintenance, and on-call support.
• Follow professional development requirements and procedures.
