Job summary

Boise Centre is seeking an IT Specialist to maintain and secure our technology, systems, and network in a fast-paced event-driven environment.

You will design, configure, administer, and support network infrastructure, servers, and business systems, ensuring reliability and security while collaborating with the IT Manager and vendors. This is a fully onsite role based in downtown Boise, Idaho.

Qualifications

• Five years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Certifications in IT, cybersecurity, or networking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, administer, and maintain Boise Centre’s network infrastructure, servers, and business systems.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, access management standards, and system hardening.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, configurations, and security protocols.
• Lead IT projects, integrations, and technology improvements.
