Job summary
The Pharmacy Hub is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our on-site IT team serving Davie and Miami Gardens, FL. You will provide hands-on desktop support, troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and connectivity, and assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees.
This is a new headcount to restore coverage and support business continuity in a fast-paced pharmaceutical fulfillment environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or a similar IT role.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of common business applications.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and basic network connectivity.
- Experience setting up user accounts, computers, and other IT equipment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote-support tools.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, DNS, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide general desktop and end-user technical support to employees across the company.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network/connectivity issues.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up user accounts and devices.
