Job summary

Longevity Holdings, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Associate to assist a distributed workforce from a Minneapolis HQ and remote locations. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, manage device enrollment with Intune/Autopilot, and assist with Active Directory/Entra ID administration while collaborating with IT Infrastructure.

Expect a three-week on-call rotation and occasional travel to other offices. The role supports Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and endpoint security

Qualifications

• 1-2 years IT Help Desk experience.
• Experience supporting Enterprise Windows Workstations.

Responsibilities

• Support employee end users by troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Triage IT help desk tickets in Jira Service Desk with detailed task tracking.
