Job summary

Longevity Holdings is seeking an IT Support Associate for a hybrid role in Minneapolis, MN. You will join the IT Operations team to troubleshoot computers and systems, manage desktop configurations, and support hybrid identity and cloud-managed endpoints.

You will provide hands-on support for the Minneapolis office three days per week (Tue–Thu) with additional on-site besoins. Travel to other offices may be required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years IT Help Desk experience required.
• Experience with Enterprise Windows Workstations.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune/MDM).
• Admin experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Clear communication across channels (in person, phone, chat, email).
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort with remote workforce and travel as needed.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Triage help desk tickets in Jira Service Desk with detailed tracking.
• Deliver basic IT support and coordinate with internal customers.
• Troubleshoot system problems and escalate when needed.
• Manage Windows workstations via Intune/Autopilot (enrollment/imaging/deployments).
• Assist with AD/Entra ID user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and endpoint security tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support (3-week cycles).
• Occasional travel to other offices for on-site support.
