Job summary

Dexian is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our Meridian, Idaho campus on-site, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. This 6-month contract role provides a central point of contact to resolve PC, network, and software issues for internal/external customers.

The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of MSOffice, AD, Exchange, networking, and Windows/Mac/iOS ecosystems, plus excellent customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in IT support or issue-tracking environments.
• Experience resolving complex/escalated tech issues for internal customers.
• Experience creating training materials and user guides for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and route support calls to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate escalation with customers and responsible parties.
• Report policy violations and maintain knowledge base for resolutions.
• Support questions on PC hardware, laptops, iPad, and network security.
• Manage issue tracking and maintain configuration databases.
• Liaise between IT and all levels of the organization, including senior management.
