Job summary

Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist for an on-site role in Dallas, TX. You will provide hands-on end-user support, manage Windows devices, and lead local IT tasks for properties in the DFW area while coordinating with a remote IT manager.

You will expand responsibilities into light systems administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and basic networking as you grow in the role. Travel to properties and collaboration with MSP partners are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT help desk or desktop support experience, ideally in a multi-site environment.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint).
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) user/group management.
• Hands-on experience supporting users remotely with remote access or RMM tools.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN.
• Independent work ethic, prioritizing own queue, clear escalation notes.
• Clear, friendly written and verbal communication with non-technical users.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to travel locally within DFW.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first/second point of contact for users via phone, email, Teams, and tickets.
• Support leasing offices and remote staff, keeping workstations, printers, phones, and network running.
• Troubleshoot Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 apps, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Own tickets from intake to resolution with regular user updates.
• Administer users, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Provision and enroll new devices into domain/environment; run PowerShell scripts for tasks.
• Assist with basic network tasks: switches, access points, ISP coordination.
• Set up workstations, conference room AV (Teams Rooms) and network gear onsite.
