Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC, part of the Reliant Transportation Group, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support across hardware, software, and network environments at our Hastings, Minnesota site.

You will handle helpdesk requests, assist with user accounts, device deployments, and routine security tasks while maintaining documentation and following IT procedures. Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in helpdesk, desktop support, or IT customer service preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows desktops/laptops, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT helpdesk support and ticket triage.
• Support hardware, software, printers, phones, and login issues.
• Escalate complex issues to IT staff or vendors as needed.
• Document tickets and maintain IT procedures.
• Assist with workstation imaging and deployments.
