Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a 4+ month contract in Bloomington, MN (onsite). You will provide frontline IT support for end-user incidents, set up devices, manage equipment packaging/shipping, and assist with onboarding/offboarding.

The role includes supporting the Mall of America office and maintaining ticket records. The ideal candidate has experience in help desk or desktop support, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with Windows/Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Previous Help Desk, IT Support or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management processes.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests.
• Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for end-user incidents and service requests.
• Perform device setup, imaging, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting for laptops and peripherals.
• Package, ship, receive and track IT equipment for remote and office-based employees.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including provisioning and recovery of equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, asset tracking and stock replenishment.
• Troubleshoot common issues relating to Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, printers and mobile devices.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues.
• Provide hands-on support for the Mall of America office, including conference room and workplace technology assistance.
