Job summary

McDonald Automotive in Littleton, CO, is hiring an IT Support Specialist for our main campus. This hands-on role supports end users across multiple stores, handling tickets, configuring hardware, and keeping systems running.

You will work in-person and remote as needed, manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory tasks, deploy PCs and iPads, and assist with VPNs. Travel between showrooms and service drives is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience preferred; willingness to train.
• Ability to triage and document fixes clearly for others.
• Willingness to travel between stores for hands-on work.
• Familiarity with Windows, security basics, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support in-person, by phone, email, and remote tools.
• Triage tickets, resolve what you can, document clearly, and escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Handle accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory; password resets and moves.
• Set up and image PCs and iPads; asset tagging and new hire prep.
• Keep printers and consumables running across sites; manage inventory.
• Assist with VPN setup and remote access troubleshooting.
• Monitor and respond to IT alerts promptly.
• Travel to nearby stores for hands-on work that cannot be remote.
