McGavock Auto Group seeks an Automotive IT Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote support for employees across dealership locations in Lubbock, TX. You will diagnose Windows and network issues, deploy devices, and assist with Microsoft 365 access and security.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of hands-on IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, Outlook, printers, and basic networking.
• Experience with device setup, software deployment, and user account support.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person and remote IT support across dealership locations.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows PC, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Prepare and maintain IT equipment, devices, and peripherals.
• Support onboarding/offboarding with device setup and access tasks.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 user support (Outlook, Teams, MFA).
• Manage desk phones and mobile devices requests.
