McDonald Automotive in Littleton, CO is hiring an IT Support Specialist in-person to assist end users across showrooms and service drives. You will handle first-level support, manage tickets, and assist with PCs, iPads, printers, and network access.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IT experience, good communication, and a willingness to learn. Travel between stores is required; compensation is $21–$26 per hour with certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on IT support experience is preferred, but training is available.
• Strong communication and customer-focused attitude.
• Detail-oriented with clear documentation habits.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level IT support in person, by phone, email, and remote tools.
• Triage tickets, resolve issues, document clearly, and escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Handle Microsoft 365 and Active Directory tasks (passwords, lockouts, moves, adds, changes).
• Set up and deploy PCs and iPads, imaging, configuration, asset tagging, and new hire hardware prep.
• Keep printers and consumables running, including inventory and proactive replacement.
• Assist with VPN setup and remote access troubleshooting.
• Monitor and resolve IT alerts; travel to nearby stores for hands-on work.
• Educate users and document fixes for future reference.
