Velociti is hiring an IT Support Specialist to serve as the on-site first line for our Riverside, MO employees. You will diagnose and fix Level 1 hardware and software issues, image PCs, manage peripherals, and assist with AD user tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support or help-desk support.
• Working knowledge of Windows, WinPE, Android, and iOS operating systems.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and end-user applications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 hardware and software issues for end users.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers, software, peripherals, and other technology.
• Provide general desktop support, including PC imaging/re-imaging and release coordination.
