Job summary

Long View Systems is seeking a Deskside Consultant for our Denver region to deliver on-site support, deploy laptops, and manage Windows 11 devices using Intune Autopilot. You will resolve issues, mentor staff, and uphold security and service standards.

The role emphasizes customer-focused communication, collaboration with regional IT teams, and continuous improvement of end-user support and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience with Microsoft environment.
• Hands-on with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Experience with Office 365, VPN, Citrix, and AD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in IT field.
• CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications.

• Support office tech like printers, AV, and conferencing equipment.

We are looking for an upbeat and proactive Deskside Consultant for our Denver branch located in Denver to support our clients on-site! In this role, you will leverage your technical skills and provide an excellent customer experience, while building your experience and growing your career with Long View.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support laptops and peripherals for new and existing users, following team standards
• Provision Windows 11 devices using Intune Autopilot (no traditional imaging); provide Tier 1 end-user support
• Deliver clear, professional communication with customers, stakeholders, and service providers
• Troubleshoot and resolve deskside issues, escalating and tracking incidents as needed
• Mentor and support less experienced team members, both on-site and remote
• Ensure compliance with client IT security, technology standards, and service practices
• Follow and model Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental policies and safe work practices
• Support office technology such as printers, AV, video conferencing, and meeting room equipment (nice to have)
• Participate in regional IT team collaboration to ensure consistent service delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement in end-user support, service quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience, including experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a Desktop Support Role
• Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, remote access tools
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Experience with:
  • Microsoft Office O365
  • Remote support
  • PC / printer hardware / VPN / Citrix
  • Active Directory
• Ability to identify issues, escalating appropriately and work to resolve them
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Post-secondary education in a related field
