Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent - required.
• Level I - minimum 6 months to 1 year in retail banking/service center.
• Level II - 2+ years in retail banking/service center environment.
• Senior - 3+ years call center experience with banking focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.
• Answer inquiries, escalate when needed, and transfer calls to appropriate specialists.
• Resolve online service requests through research and navigation within the bank.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial data and comply with banking laws.
• Support sales promotions by identifying customer needs and referring bank products.
• Work with other branches to resolve customer inquiries and follow up as needed.
