Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking an Information Technology Support Technician in Bellingham, WA. This role offers hybrid work from home options and a typical Monday–Friday schedule with on-call after hours and weekend shifts.

You will provide technical support for hardware and software, troubleshoot issues, maintain inventory and ticketing systems, and participate in IAM activities and hardware deployments. Strong communication and an IT background are essential.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in IT or related field.
IT certification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ is preferred.
1–2 years of customer service experience in IT or related area.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service orientation.
Ability to quickly diagnose problems and implement solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft products and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

Resolve IT support requests from Peoples Bank employees, prioritizing per procedures and SLAs.
Investigate faults and document progress toward resolution.
Keep asset inventory and ticketing system up to date.
Participate in IAM activities including provisioning and deprovisioning.
Image, sanitize, and deploy computers to staff as part of hardware lifecycle.
Respond to client and management requests with timely updates.
