Job summary

You will lead teams, drive continuous improvement, and develop staff while ensuring adherence to company policies and production schedules in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in production, preferably in food processing or fast-paced manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong organizational ability.
• Proficiency with standard manufacturing software and office tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational targets and lead production teams.
• Drive safety, quality, continuous improvement, and team engagement.
• Develop and train staff, manage shift coverage, and coordinate materials and resources.
• Collaborate with maintenance, sanitation, and shipping to ensure smooth line operation.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and associate development initiatives.
