Milliman IT Support Internship is a part-time role based in our Omaha, Nebraska office. You will support end-user systems, assist with hardware and software setup, and contribute to IT documentation from January through June 2027, with possible earlier start.

Expect mentorship, exposure to IT audits, and potential full-time opportunities. The position requires students pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree, working up to 29 hours per week, and comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Available to work part-time up to 29 hours per week in Omaha.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic hardware troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Helpdesk support for end-user systems (hardware, software, networking, telecom).
• Install and configure new hardware/software; relocate equipment as needed.
• Create and update IT documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
