This internship offers real-world exposure to managed IT services, troubleshooting, and client support, with a focus on building foundational skills, professional growth, and CX excellence. Hybrid remote/on-site arrangement and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed IT-related degree, diploma, or certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to SMB clients under supervision.
• Assist with routine system maintenance, updates, backups and monitoring.
• Log and track IT service requests accurately in the ticketing system.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members, providing clear updates.
