Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Some experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft software.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 and O365 environment.
• Interest in AI technologies and their IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming tickets from local and remote users.
• Resolve issues with timely, detailed guidance.
• Create, update, and review IT process documentation.
• Provide A/V support for in-office meetings.
• Install and configure hardware and software onsite.
• Assist with hardware refresh and asset compliance.
