Magna Legal Services in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an IT Support Contractor for a six-month, on-site Windows 11 upgrade project. You will prepare devices, upgrade Windows, install drivers, and reconfigure business apps while delivering hands-on end-user support.

The ideal candidate has desktop support or help desk experience, solid Windows 10/11 know-how, hardware and software troubleshooting skills, and strong customer service.

Competenze

• Experience in desktop support or IT help desk.
• Hands-on Windows 10/11 support experience.
• Familiarity with PC hardware, drivers and software installation.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.

Mansioni

• Perform workstation backups and prepare devices for Windows 11 upgrades.
• Install and complete Windows 11 upgrades on employee desktops and laptops.
• Install and update required hardware drivers.
• Reinstall and configure business applications following upgrades.
• Test upgraded devices to ensure hardware, applications, and peripherals function properly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, operating system, driver, and application issues.
• Provide hands-on end-user support throughout the upgrade process.
• Document completed upgrades and escalated more complex technical issues as needed.
