Magna Legal Services is seeking a hands‑on IT Support Contractor to support a company‑wide Windows 11 upgrade initiative. This is a fully on‑site role based at Magna’s King of Prussia, PA office. The 6‑month contract role will focus on preparing, upgrading, configuring, and troubleshooting employee workstations while ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform workstation backups and prepare devices for Windows 11 upgrades.
• Install and complete Windows 11 upgrades on employee desktops and laptops.
• Install and update required hardware drivers.
• Reinstall and configure business applications following upgrades.
• Test upgraded devices to ensure hardware, applications, and peripherals function properly.

$25 - $30 an hour

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue‑based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
