Ohio's Hospice is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team and provide dependable, hands-on technology support to our staff across our Dayton/Centerville locations.
This is more than a traditional IT support role. Our technology team helps ensure that the clinicians and staff caring for patients and families have reliable, secure systems and the support they need to do their jobs.

The IT Support Analyst provides Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support, including help desk, on-site/field support, and support for internal systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide technical support to staff through phone, email, in-person, and on-site assistance.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, peripherals, and system-related issues.
Install, upgrade, configure, maintain, and repair computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
Research technical issues, perform diagnostics, and identify effective solutions.
Maintain IT systems and processes to support system availability, reliability, security, and compliance.
Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and processes.
Perform day-to-day user administration and system maintenance.
Maintain IT inventory and manage the issuance, tracking, and recovery of technology assets.
Assist with system backups and other routine IT operations.
Participate in planning related to system development, acquisitions, maintenance, and operations.
Ensure technology practices comply with applicable federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, accreditation standards, employment regulations, and Ohio's Hospice policies and procedures.
Provide reliable technical support that enables our staff to deliver exceptional care to patients and families.
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another technology-related field or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical support role.
Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems.
Experience with GUI-based applications.
Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage competing responsibilities.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Ability to maintain state-required minimum automobile insurance coverage.
