Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Customer Support Administrator/IT Specialist with an active Secret clearance for on-site duties in Chantilly, VA. You will serve as a primary support contact for customers, handling issues across both classified and unclassified networks and ensuring exceptional service.

You will maintain Windows environments, manage service tickets in Remedy/ServiceNow/ServiceManager, and support mobile devices, O365, OneDrive, and VTC equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6–9 years IT customer support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with system reimaging and remote desktop management
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain DEA suitability

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for Windows environments and peripherals
• Create and track service tickets in Remedy, ServiceNow, ServiceManager
• Troubleshoot on-site communications equipment
• Assist with mobile devices and MDM
• Support O365 and OneDrive issues
• Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
• Support relocations and moves of end-user workstations
• Maintain UPS operability
• Troubleshoot VTC equipment
