AnaVation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team to support a wide range of IT tasks. The role involves helping customers remotely and in person, guiding them through configurations and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities include end-user support, hardware/software maintenance, network monitoring, security and backups, and asset/vendor management. This position is on-site with the customer in Quantico, VA and requires an active Top Secret clearance with

• Must provide superior customer service and support end-user IT needs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software issues and assist with computer setups.
• Install, configure, and update workstations, peripherals, and operating systems.
• Monitor LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, and switches to maximize uptime.
• Enforce basic cybersecurity measures, run data backups and follow disaster recovery procedures.
• Track IT inventory and coordinate with external tech vendors.
