AnaVation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team supporting a customer in Quantico, VA. The role focuses on hands-on helpdesk, hardware/software maintenance, and network support to ensure reliable IT operations on-site for a sensitive environment.

Candidates will provide customer service across technical and non-technical staff, with emphasis on security-minded configuration, backups, and incident resolution. Top Secret clearance with CI poly is required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 2 years of related IT experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Helpdesk & Technical Support: Resolve end-user tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Hardware & Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and update workstations and OS.
• Network & Infrastructure Support: Monitor LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, and switches.
