Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking an on-site IT Support role in El Segundo, CA, offering a base salary of $120,000-$140,000 plus equity. You will support employees and executives, manage onboarding/offboarding, and administer Google Workspace in a MacOS-focused environment.

The position requires 5+ years of hands-on IT experience in a startup or fast-growing tech setting, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to own issues end-to-end while collaborating with staff and leadership.

• Startup or fast-growing technology environment experience.
• MacOS support and administration experience.
• Google Workspace experience.
• MDM and endpoint management experience.
• Onboarding, offboarding and access provisioning experience.
• IAM/SSO and corporate networking experience.
• Strong internal customer-service skills with technical and non-technical staff.
• Highly responsive and communicative troubleshooting approach.
• Ability to work with employees and executives and own issues.
• Fully on-site in El Segundo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees and executives, owning issues from request to resolution.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal users while troubleshooting.
• Partner with employees to understand needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including hardware, accounts, access, and permissions.
• Administer Google Workspace: user management, configurations, and licensing.
• Support MacOS environments and manage endpoints through MDM.
• Handle laptop provisioning, device policies, inventory, and hardware lifecycle.
• Manage IAM/SSO and SaaS apps, user permissions, and access provisioning.
• Support corporate networking: wireless, VPN, DNS, firewalls, connectivity.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and MSPs as needed.
• Support conference rooms and office tech.
• Maintain IT documentation and improve internal IT processes.
