Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking an on-site IT Support role in El Segundo, CA, offering a base salary of $120,000-$140,000 plus equity. You will support employees and executives, manage onboarding/offboarding, and administer Google Workspace in a MacOS-focused environment.

The position requires 5+ years of hands-on IT experience in a startup or fast-growing tech setting, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to own issues end-to-end while collaborating with staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM/SSO and SaaS apps, user permissions, and access provisioning.
• Support corporate networking: wireless, VPN, DNS, firewalls, connectivity.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and MSPs as needed.
• Support conference rooms and office tech.
• Maintain IT documentation and improve internal IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees and executives, owning issues from initial request through resolution

• Maintain consistent communication with internal users while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

• Partner with employees to understand their needs and recommend practical technology solutions

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding , including hardware, accounts, application access, and permissions

• Administer Google Workspace , including user management, access, configurations, and licensing

• Support a primarily MacOS environment and manage endpoints through MDM

• Handle laptop provisioning, device policies, inventory, and hardware lifecycle

• Manage IAM/SSO , SaaS applications, user permissions, and access provisioning

• Support corporate networking, including wireless, VPN, DNS, firewalls, and connectivity

• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when needed

• Support conference rooms and other office technology

• Maintain IT documentation and continuously improve internal IT processes as the organization grows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience

• Previous experience supporting employees in a startup or fast-growing technology environment

• Strong MacOS support and administration experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace

• Experience with MDM and endpoint management

• Experience managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning

• Working knowledge of IAM/SSO and corporate networking

• Strong internal customer-service skills with experience supporting both technical and nontechnical employees

• Highly responsive and communicative approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with employees and executives

• Comfortable taking ownership of issues and working independently

• Must be comfortable working fully on-site in El Segundo

Nice to Have

Compensation

$120,000-$140,000 base salary + equity
