Qualifications

• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of modern Windows desktop OS.
• Basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with common productivity apps.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN basics.
• Ability to document steps and manage tickets.
• Willingness to learn and grow in an MSP environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support to clients.
• Respond to requests by phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with user accounts and access issues.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using monitoring tools.
• Escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
