Job summary

Houston Dose seeks a Managed Services Technician to provide onsite and remote IT support for business clients in the Greater Houston area. You will support MSP services, managed print services, and document management while delivering exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD, plus basic network skills and familiarity with ticketing tools.

Qualifications

• Experience providing MSP-style IT support to business clients.
• Proficient in Windows client and server technologies and Office 365.
• Familiar with Active Directory and cloud identity (Azure AD).
• Strong ticketing discipline and excellent customer communication.
