Job summary

Qualifications

• College training, associates or bachelor’s in Computer Science or related preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong personal computing skills recommended.
• Demonstrated entry-level technical skills in multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for end-users and client devices.
• Support telephones, networking, and related technologies; assist audio/video setups for events.
• Update and follow IT procedures; document tasks in the Service Management System.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation activities for end-user systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
