Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an IT support specialist to provide first-level desktop, printer, POS, and telephony support across casino properties. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and work with Enterprise IT to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining gaming hardware and software, coordinating changes with vendors, and ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' work experience in a technical field or support environment.
• Fluent English, strong communication and customer service skills.
• Associates degree in a computer-science related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level problem determination and resolution for desktops, printers, and POS devices.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT to resolve complex issues and drive incident resolution.
• Install, upgrade and maintain gaming hardware and software.
• Coordinate hardware installations and changes with vendors per Change Control Process.
• Maintain and enforce enterprise standards while supporting existing infrastructure.
