Job summary

Reciprocity Industries, LLC in Billings, MT is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead daily IT operations and ensure reliable, scalable technology services across all offices. This hands-on leader will manage service delivery, security controls, and vendor partnerships while guiding a team of IT professionals.

You will oversee Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and other cloud services, coordinate incident response, and drive continuous improvement in operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years in IT operations/infrastructure/workplace technology.
• Three+ years of leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, service desk, and infrastructure services.
• Experience supporting multi-location and remote work environments.
• Vendor management, procurement, lifecycle planning, and budget experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations and service delivery for all users, offices, and business functions.
• Direct service desk operations, prioritization, escalations, and incident coordination.
• Develop and enforce operational procedures, support models, and change-management practices.
• Ensure secure, documented, and maintainable configurations and automations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and related cloud services.
• Manage network, wireless, firewalls, VPN, and office technology infrastructure.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and annual budgets; participate in technology evaluations.
• Guide succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development.
