Qualifications

• 3+ years in network or systems administration or related IT role.
• Strong experience with Windows and Microsoft environments.
• Hands-on networking experience and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to write/modify SQL queries and scripts.
• Familiarity with PowerShell and command-line tools.
• Knowledge of VBScript or similar scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, VPNs, and LAN/WAN.
• Monitor network and system performance for uptime, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Install, configure, and upgrade servers, workstations, and apps.
• Support Windows-based environments and Microsoft technologies.
• Use PowerShell and scripting tools to automate tasks.
• Create and troubleshoot SQL queries to support apps and databases.
• Assist integrations with internal systems and third-party apps.
• Partner with vendors on implementations and support.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and documentation.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and access management.
