Job summary

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining network gear, monitoring performance, configuring VPNs, firewalls, switches, and wireless, documenting configurations, and collaborating with vendors. A BS in IT/CS and MSCE are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 6–10 years of network and systems administration experience.
• MSCE certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and equipment.
• Monitor network performance, connectivity, and system availability.
• Configure switches, routers, firewalls, WLANs, and VPNs; manage access and security.
• Document configurations, diagrams, and inventory; maintain security posture.
• Assist with server, cloud, and infrastructure tasks as needed.
• Respond to help desk escalations related to network issues; engage vendors as required.
