Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic networking (switches/routers, VLANs) and patching.
• Troubleshoot Avaya/VoIP related issues where applicable.
• Monitor and troubleshoot fiber links between switches; coordinate with remote teams.
• Inspect IDF rooms for cooling and power status (UPS, PDU).
• Support data center admin tasks and hardware maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors during issue resolution.
