Job summary

Teceze USA is seeking an experienced Field Engineer (L2/L3) to provide onsite technical support in Boise, Idaho. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across our IT infrastructure and collaborate with remote teams.

This role requires 3+ years in field engineering or desktop/infrastructure support, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently onsite while following security and IT procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field engineering or desktop/infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows OS, hardware, networking, and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 onsite technical support to users and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT equipment as required.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure.
• Perform system diagnostics and identify root causes of technical issues.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Perform onsite installations, upgrades, maintenance, and break-fix activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of service activities and incidents.
• Follow company security, safety, and IT support procedures.
