Unique Industries is seeking a Site IT Manager to lead IT support, infrastructure, and end-user computing for our manufacturing and distribution campus in Louisville. The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership to ensure system availability, security, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage local IT staff, partner with operations and vendors, plan system upgrades, and drive continuous improvement while protecting data and ensuring smooth production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
5+ years IT experience with 2+ years in leadership.
Experience managing IT infrastructure in manufacturing/distribution environments preferred.
Strong Windows Server, AD, virtualization, and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily IT operations to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Ensure support coverage and quick resolution of critical incidents impacting production.
Enter and track IT support incidents using the corporate ITSM.
Create and review IT support reports to identify trends.
